HOW IT WORKS?

  • Our first session

    Our first session will last 1 hour and 30 minutes, with the first 30 minutes being free. During this time, we'll discuss your fitness history and current objectives as well as anything else on your mind .

    Then for the next 60 minutes, I’ll assess your fitness level and strengths by guiding you through a series of simple exercices and mobility tests.

    From this assessment I’ll craft a personalized workout program that’s designed to meet your goals and needs.

  • Training

    Once your program is created, we’ll train together two to four times a week, depending on the plan you choose. No matter your fitness level, available equipment, or time constraints , I’ll customize every aspect of your training , making it easy for you to stay on track. I can travel to your location or, if you prefer, you can train at Fitsquad, where I work with clients, one of the best private gyms in downtown Toronto.

2:1 Coaching

  • Get 2 training sessions per week with your favorite workout partner

  • Includes solo workout plan for you and your partner
